We want you and your dog to be happy with your SnoutCover purchase.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

Defective Products

• We'll replace or refund defective products at no cost to you

• Contact us immediately with photos of the defect

• We cover return shipping for defective items

Fit Issues

• If the SnoutCover doesn't fit your dog, you may return it within 30 days

• Product must be unused

• Customer pays return shipping

• Refer to our sizing guide before ordering

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products)

• Refunds issued to original payment method

No Returns For

• Products damaged by customer misuse

• Products used, worn, or modified

• Custom-printed or personalized items

• Products returned after 30 days

How to Return

1. Email us at omri@snoutcover.com with your order number

2. We'll provide return instructions and address

3. Ship the product back (keep your tracking number)

4. We'll process your refund once we receive the item

Lost Packages

• Not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

• Contact the shipping carrier for lost package claims

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.
