Your satisfaction and your dog's comfort are our top priorities.
Please note that all orders are custom-prepared upon payment confirmation and typically ship within 4 days of purchase.
Shipping Times:
Standard delivery: Approximately 12 business days
Australia and New Zealand: Up to 28 business days
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of shipment, you'll be eligible to request a refund or a replacement. A replacement will be sent at no additional costs.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 60 days of the original shipment date. After 60 days, we are unable to verify the shipping status with our carriers, and SnoutCover is no longer liable for the replacement or refund of the order.
"If we proactively contact you regarding a delivery delay or shipping issue and receive no response within 14 business days, the case will be considered resolved. We cannot guarantee replacements for issues reported or responded to after this period.

Note on 3D Printed Finish:
Please be aware that SnoutCover is a custom 3D-printed product. Visible layer lines and a textured surface are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process and are not considered defects. A product is only considered "defective" if it has structural failures, sharp jagged protrusions that break skin, or significant warping that prevents fit.

Lost Packages

Unclaimed or Abandoned Packages
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is held at a local postal facility or collection point and is not collected by the customer within 14 days, or if the customer fails to respond to shipping notifications/inquiries within this timeframe, the package will be treated as "Abandoned" or "Returned to Sender."
In such cases, a refund will only be issued once the physical product is returned to our facility. Please note that original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable for any package returned due to a failure to collect or lack of customer response.
Delivery Deadlines & Finality
60-Day Delivery Finality: If a customer has not reported a package as missing or responded to our status inquiries within 60 days of the original shipment date, the package will be officially declared "Delivered and Accepted." After this 60-day window, SnoutCover is no longer liable for the package, and no replacements or refunds will be issued.
Returns Without Communication
Involuntary Returns: If a package is returned to us by the carrier (due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or the customer being unreachable) and the customer does not contact us within 30 days of the return, we will process a dynamic refund.
The refund will cover the product cost only. Shipping fees will not be refunded, as the carrier service was fulfilled to the local destination. Considering the provided shipping slip info was equal to the one provided by the client.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.
