Custom Fit Orders
Custom fit products are manufactured based exclusively on the measurements provided by the customer at the time of order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all submitted measurements are accurate, complete, and correctly taken in accordance with the measurement instructions provided on our website. SnoutCover bears no responsibility for any product that does not fit as a result of incorrect, imprecise, or improperly taken measurements submitted by the customer. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for custom fit orders where the product was produced in accordance with the measurements provided. By submitting a custom fit order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of their measurements.
Product Variations & Design Changes
We reserve the right to modify the design, materials, or hardware of the product at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the color or style of secondary elements such as straps, buckles, and fasteners. Such changes may occur due to design improvements, high demand, or material availability. As long as these modifications do not alter the primary purpose or functional performance of the product, we are under no obligation to inform customers of these specific variations.
