Product Use

  • SnoutCover is a sun protection and a general nose cover product for dogs, not a medical device or treatment

  • This product is sold “as-is” with no guarantees of medical results

  • Not tested for veterinary care - always consult your veterinarian about your dog’s health

  • Results may vary based on individual dogs and conditions

  • Proper fit and usage are the customer’s responsibility

  • SnoutCover is a protective barrier, not a medical dressing. It is not sterile and is not intended to be placed directly in contact with open, bleeding wounds. If your dog has severe facial sensitivity, please consult your vet before use.

Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • We are not responsible for improper use, allergic reactions, or medical outcomes

  • You assume all risks associated with product use

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

  • Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that apply to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Orders & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped

  • Pricing and availability subject to change without notice

  • Prices are in US dollars. Your order total, including shipping, is confirmed when you pay. If it differs from what was shown, the updated price appears before you approve the payment

  • Your order is confirmed once your payment is completed, and we email you a confirmation

  • We ship to the delivery address you enter at checkout, even if your PayPal account holds a different address. Please check it carefully - we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address

  • For ready-made sizes, measurements and photos you add at checkout help us check the size. If they suggest a different size than the one you ordered, we contact you before shipping

Custom Fit Orders
Custom fit products are manufactured based exclusively on the measurements provided by the customer through the Custom Fit measurement link we email after your order. Measurements for Custom Fit are not collected on the checkout page. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submitted measurements are accurate, complete, and correctly taken in accordance with the measurement instructions provided on our website. SnoutCover bears no responsibility for any product that does not fit as a result of incorrect, imprecise, or improperly taken measurements submitted by the customer. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for custom fit orders where the product was produced in accordance with the measurements provided. By submitting a custom fit order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of their measurements.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is tracked, available to every destination we ship to, and takes about 14 days to the USA and Europe, up to 56 days to Australia and other destinations. The final delivery is made by your local postal service

  • Express shipping arrives within 10 days, at the price shown at checkout

  • Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees

  • For US orders, duties and taxes are included in the price. For other destinations, any import duties or taxes are charged by local authorities on delivery and are paid by the recipient

  • Lost, delayed and returned packages are covered by our Refund/Return Policy

Product Variations & Design Changes

We reserve the right to modify the design, materials, or hardware of the product at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the color or style of secondary elements such as straps, buckles, and fasteners. Such changes may occur due to design improvements, high demand, or material availability. As long as these modifications do not alter the primary purpose or functional performance of the product, we are under no obligation to inform customers of these specific variations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. By using our site, you consent to jurisdiction in Israeli courts.
